ST PETER PORT: meeting at Les Côtils
Christian Centre (Harry Bound Room) at the conclusion
of the meeting convened by the Rector and
Churchwardens which commences at 7.30pm.
BY THE ELECTORS ONLY TO ELECT:
FIVE DOUZENIERS to replace Mr. N.G. Weysom, Mr. R.R. Matthews,
Mrs. K.E. Jones, Mr. P.B. Falla & Mr. B.J. Cash
Nomination forms are available from the Constables’ Office.
BY THE ELECTORS AND RATEPAYERS
To appoint two parishioners to audit the accounts of the Procureur of the Poor for the year 2009.
To appoint auditors for the Constables’ accounts for the year 2009.
To fix the time at which Parish Meetings shall be held during 2009.
The Constables invite those attending to stay on for refreshment when there will be the opportunity to meet with the Douzaine.
